Kevin M. Mazza was born in Long Branch, New Jersey in 1957. Mr. Mazza graduated from Villanova University in 1979, Magna Cum Laude and obtained his J.D. from Rutgers University in 1982. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1983. He was also admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1984. Mr. Mazza has been a member of the firm since 1983 and is a partner in the firm. He has been a member of the American, New Jersey and Union County Bar Associations as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has also been appointed by the court to serve as a panelist on the Union County Early Settlement Program.

Mr. Mazza is a contributing author of the Yudes Family Law Citator and Yudes Consumer Guide to a New Jersey Divorce. He has also written numerous articles in the area of family law. He has been involved in several reported decisions including G.C. v. M. Y., 278 N.J. Super. 278 N.J. Super. 363 (App. Div. 1995), Heuer v. Heuer, 152 N.J. 226 (1998) and Miller v. Miller, 160 N.J. 408 (1999).
